RaphaAtlas

About RaphaAtlas

The name pairs Rapha, meaning healing, with Atlas, a complete guide — which is what we set out to build: free clinical calculators and physician-reviewed guides covering health, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. Every health page is read by an MBBS-qualified doctor on our medical review board before it is published. RaphaAtlas is published by Growth Partners Global LLC.

Our mission & method

The Mission

To answer health questions that are badly served online. Search results for nutrition, fitness and clinical topics are crowded with overstated certainty, recycled claims and tools that show a number without explaining where it came from. We publish the opposite: calculators that name the formula they implement and state its limits, and guides that describe how strong the evidence actually is. Every health page is checked by a physician before it goes live. No superfoods, no detoxes, no miracle claims.

100% of health content is reviewed by a physician before publication.

Nutrition as Fuel, Not Punishment

Food is information and energy. We focus on nutrient density and metabolic flexibility, ensuring you have the vitality to perform and the freedom to enjoy life.

Functional Strength

Training should make life outside the gym easier. Our fitness guidance is built on compound movements, mobility and progressive overload, and on what the guidelines actually ask for rather than what looks impressive.

Data-Driven Joy

Metrics matter, but they serve the experience. We use data to track progress and adjust course, but the ultimate goal is how you feel, move, and live.

How we work

Physician-reviewed

Health and medical content is read by an MBBS-qualified doctor before publication, who checks that claims reflect current evidence and that nothing overstates certainty. Reviewers are named on our review board.

Auditable calculators

Every tool implements a published formula — Mifflin-St Jeor, Widmark, Naegele’s rule — verified against the original source rather than another website. Each page names the method it uses and states its limits.

Independent

No advertiser, supplement brand or device manufacturer reviews our content, influences what we cover, or can buy a recommendation. Our editorial policy sets out the standard in full.
