Corrections, calculator support, or a question about how we work — email reaches us directly, and we read everything that arrives.
Email reaches us directly. Pick the line that fits and your mail client will open with the subject filled in — or just write to dr.awais@growthpartnersgloballlc.com.
We cannot give individual medical advice, interpret your test results, or recommend prescription medicines or dosing. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact emergency services rather than emailing a website.

Editorial Standards
Every health page is checked by an MBBS-qualified doctor on our medical review board before publication. Our editorial policy sets out how we source and correct claims.
Quick Answers
How fast do you respond?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. For complex nutrition questions, it may take slightly longer.
Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching?
Currently, we focus on providing high-quality tools and articles. However, partnership enquiries are welcome by email.
Calculator bug report?
Use the Calculator support link above, and say which calculator, what you entered, and what you expected to see.
What we can help with
We read everything that comes in. The messages we can genuinely act on fall into four groups, and saying which one yours is in the subject line gets you a faster and more useful reply.
| Type of message | What to include | Typical response |
|---|---|---|
| Corrections | The page URL, the specific sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. These get priority over everything else. | Acknowledged within 5 working days |
| Calculator problems | Which calculator, the exact values you entered, the result you got, the result you expected, and your browser. | Acknowledged within 5 working days |
| Content suggestions | The question you wanted answered and where the existing material online let you down. | No individual reply guaranteed, but all are read |
| Press, partnerships, and clinical review | Your organisation, what you are proposing, and any deadline. Clinicians interested in joining our review board are welcome to write. | Within 10 working days |
What we cannot help with
This is the part worth reading before you write, because it saves you waiting for an answer we are not able to give.
- We cannot give personal medical advice. We do not know your history, your medications, your examination findings, or anything else a clinician would need. No amount of detail in an email changes that, and answering anyway would be irresponsible rather than helpful.
- We cannot interpret your test results. A number without clinical context is not interpretable, which is precisely why your doctor asks about symptoms and history before commenting on a lab report. Our health hub explains how reference ranges work in general terms.
- We cannot tell you whether a symptom is serious. If you are worried about a symptom, contact a clinician. If it is one of the emergency signs listed on our health page, contact emergency services now rather than emailing anyone.
- We cannot recommend or adjust medication. Prescribing and dosing decisions belong to your prescriber.
If this is an emergency
Do not email us. Contact your local emergency number or go to an emergency department. Chest pain, one-sided weakness or facial droop, difficulty breathing at rest, a sudden severe headache, or coughing blood all need immediate care rather than correspondence.
Reporting a correction
Accuracy reports are the most valuable messages we receive, and we would rather hear about a problem from you than leave it live. Our editorial policy sets out how corrections are handled: substantive changes — anything that alters meaning or could affect a reader’s decision — are made to the page and noted on it, while minor typographic fixes are made without a note. If you are a clinician and something on the site misrepresents current guidance, please tell us and say so; we will treat it accordingly.
Privacy
We use what you send us to answer you and, where relevant, to fix the page in question. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. Our privacy policy covers what is collected and why. Please do not send us medical records, test results, or other sensitive personal health information — we cannot act on it, and email is not a secure channel for it.
